Whether we’re gearing up for the annual Turkey Bowl, building a miniature golf course in the office or sweating through a solution for a customer, there’s nothing typical about a day at Nitel. Our dress code is casual, but when it comes to serving customers, we’re all business.

We’re always doing new things to mix it up a little. Nitel is all about balance. Do what’s best for customers every day, but have some fun. We don’t say, “work hard, play hard” because, OMG, everybody says that. Be original.

Casual Work Environment

We do serious work but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Jeans and sneakers are commonplace as it makes it easier to putt, fist bump and shoot Nerf bullets. Also, you never know when you’ll have to duck and run for cover from a drone gone rogue.

We strongly believe in and are committed to giving back to our local community. Consequently, we’re incredibly proud of our charitable partnerships which include Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, Ronald McDonald House, Animal Welfare League, Chicago Food Depository, and Chicago Cares.

Social

Nitel moves at the speed of technology, but we create opportunities to have a little fun and to connect with your colleagues. We all pitch in to create a lively environment which includes happy hours, our annual softball and flag football games, yo-yo trick contests, kazoo band challenges, and quarterly all-company meetings.

Growing

To promote and assist employee development, we provide technical and professional training through Nitel U. You can learn and apply new skills to become an ace at what you do or explore new areas of interest. We also have a tuition reimbursement program if you’d like to get a degree or get a second (or third!) one.

Centrally Located

Our Chicago headquarters is located in the heart of River North near restaurants and the Riverwalk, and we’re close to both CTA and Metra stations. If you prefer a bike commute, you can store your ride in our building’s secure bike room.
